Running is a SKILL and requires you to be EFFICIENT. It also requires you to use multiple body systems, and use them in co-ordination with one another.
It is so common that I see people with inefficient movement patterns which contribute to aches, pains and injury.
The good news is you can learn and train this skill through specific drills.
Drills involve specific movement patterns which when learnt and practised will make you more EFFICIENT
and lead not only to a REDUCED risk of injury but also ENHANCED performance!

The Masterclass covers:
- Key principles of running well and efficiently
- Activation exercises to improve form
- Technique Development teaching you how to become more efficient as a runner
- Video Analysis with real time feedback enabling you to visually comprehend your issues
- Drills sessions to improve posture, cadence, speed and power - each set of drills becomes more complex
- An individualised report highlighting the key things you need to work on

This 2 hour practical workshop will teach you:

  • Low, medium and advanced, Trigger Point & Myofascial Release/Joint Mobilization techniques
  • form the toes to the hip, using; rollers, balls resistance bands and your hands.
  • It will cover all muscle groups used in the running and walking gait cycle to help you as an athlete or your patients (practitioners): 
  •    - quicken recovery times
  •    - prevent injury
  •    - manage niggles
  •    - improve mobility in key areas
  •    - enhance performance
