These consults focus on helping you REDUCE your risk of injury, IMPROVING your EFFICIENCY & ENHANCING your PERFORMANCE for any running-based sport by teaching you ways to improve your technique and run in a way that will decrease the stress on your body.
These sessions are an extended 60min consult that incorporate:

  • An in-depth review of your injury and running history
  • Full Biomechanical assessment
  • Detailed Footwear assessment
  • Slow-Mo Video Gait Analysis
  • Recommendations and strategies on how to address any identified issues
     - Mobility & Self Release
     - Exercise Prescription
     - Drills to improve technique and efficiency
  • A report outlining the major findings and how to address them.

To gain even more benefit and progress further, there is the option of working one-on-one with Caleb for 3-4 additional 45min appointments.  These can help further improve your efficiency and performance.
